Businesses & Corporations

At Triskelle Solutions, our work speaks for itself. We’ve built enduring relationships with private sector clients who continue to engage us well beyond the initial scope of work — not because we push for more, but because they see the value in what we deliver. As their needs evolve, we’re often invited to take on additional projects, support new initiatives, and provide strategic input that extends far beyond our original engagement.

Notably, we’ve never had a formal sales or marketing team. Every project we’ve taken on has come through referrals and repeat business — a direct reflection of the trust we’ve earned through consistently high-quality work and a deep commitment to client success.

While this overview includes only a small sample of our private-sector engagements, many of our partnerships have grown into long-term collaborations. We’ve worked with organizations across the spectrum — from emerging startups to several billion dollar, global enterprises — and we continue to adapt, scale, and deliver value as their businesses grow and transform.

Marriot

Marriott Hotels

Our engagement with Marriott began as a focused integration project and quickly expanded into a multi-year collaboration as the scope and complexity of the work grew. What started with a small team of three evolved into a dedicated team of seven, supporting Marriott across a range of enterprise-scale data initiatives.

Over the course of the engagement, Triskelle played a key role in major data consolidation, cloud migration, and system redesign efforts. We worked closely with Marriott’s internal teams to modernize their global attribution model for lead generation — a critical component in understanding customer behavior and driving direct bookings through the flagship Marriott website.

This work required designing and implementing numerous robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and validate large volumes of user interaction and advertising data from platforms such as Adobe Omniture and Google’s DoubleClick. To overcome internal infrastructure constraints, we deployed and configured cloud-based Linux environments on AWS, enabling the preprocessing of data prior to integration into Marriott’s enterprise data warehouse.

Our ability to rapidly scale the team, absorb complexity, and deliver consistently accurate, high-performance solutions was a major reason Marriott continued to extend and expand the relationship over several years.

Agilent

What started as a small request to update an existing system has grown into a partnership that has lasted over two decades. Triskelle Solutions has worked closely with Agilent Technologies’ Instruments Demo Division to modernize and maintain key business applications that support global sales, inventory management, and compliance processes.

One of the core systems we developed is the DemoTracker Inventory Management Application, which manages over $60 million in inventory across global locations. The system significantly improved inventory visibility and control, reducing instrumentation loss and enabled Agilent to maintain losses below 2% annually.

We also built the Loan Request Tool (LRT) to streamline Agilent’s internal financing request process. LRT replaced manual tracking with structured, step-by-step workflows and hierarchical approval logic, helping standardize and accelerate financial operations across departments.

Triskelle also developed and maintained RAPID, a web-based application designed to give Agilent’s global sales teams real-time access to refurbished product availability, pricing, and regulatory compliance information. RAPID helped ensure alignment with requirements such as RoHS, while also enhancing sales efficiency and accuracy.

Over the course of this long-term engagement, Triskelle has delivered stable, scalable solutions that improve daily operations, minimize downtime, and support Agilent’s ability to make informed business decisions.

Our partnership with EF began with strategic IT support for the Smithsonian Student Travel division, where we demonstrated our ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. This success led EF to entrust us with increasingly larger and more complex projects across their organization.

One of the biggest highlights was the complete redesign and rebuild of the EF College Break website. Over more than a decade, we handled everything from architecture and implementation to continuous enhancements. Beyond the public site, we also built and maintained the brand’s full booking platform and client portal—covering global reservations, payment processing, authentication, and customer service workflows.

We didn’t stop there. Our team took on College Break’s data infrastructure and business intelligence reporting, giving them real-time visibility into customer engagement, financial performance, and operational trends. We even helped EF become one of the first 50 companies to launch an app on Facebook’s F8 platform—showcasing our work live at Facebook’s developer conference in San Francisco. This positioned EF as an early leader in social-integrated travel experiences.

After more than 13 years of collaboration and innovation, we wrapped up in 2018 with a smooth knowledge transfer and system handoff to EF’s internal team—leaving behind a solid, scalable architecture ready for the company’s continued growth.
